Saturday we went to Oh My Lolli in Brighton and let Emmett pick out a lollipop. They have just about every flavor you could imagine! He picked blueberry cheesecake.
We went to Heritage Days and looked at a bunch of old tractors, but I didn't get any pictures there. Before calling it a day we also stopped by the carnival that was set up in Hartland. It was super small and there wasn't much there for Emmett to do other than the carousel. He was perfectly happy to ride that though!
Sunday was the day we had planned to go to the zoo, but got rained out. We headed out to Kensington Metropark instead. Emmett enjoyed wandering around the farm center and checking out animals. First up were the goats.
The pigs were a hit because they were right up at the fence!
We headed to one of the playgrounds after leaving the farm center. This is Emmett's favorite playground! He loves this slide

Emmett hasn't been in this bucket type swing since last year, but he saw a little girl having a blast in one and decided he needed to give it a try
On the way home we stopped the The Caboose and got some ice cream. Emmett had a strawberry swirl cone!
