The first thing we came to was the butterfly house. I am absolutely in love and it may have been my favorite part of the zoo! Emmett loved it as well.
Here he is with daddy, staring up at the butterflies. He was amazed by them!

He spent most of his time kicked back with a leg up. He loves sitting like this in the stroller.
Next stop was the carousel. I think he liked it even more this time than the last.

Next stop was the polar bear tunnel. This probably comes in as a tie for my favorite part. We got lucky and the polar bear happened to be in the water when we got there. We watched him at the entrance for a few minutes.
Then we followed him in to the tunnel. Here he was almost right above us. He just kind of sat on top of the tunnel for a minute.
Then he was right next to us!
Shortly after the polar bear tunnel Emmett was pretty tired and started getting fussy as a result. He ended up falling asleep in Justin's arms, so we decided to call it a day at the zoo.
I can't wait to go back in the spring!
