Beach Vacation

I'm finally getting around to updating with the rest of July. We went on vacation in the middle of July and spent some time in Lake City and also made day trips to Traverse City and Ludington. We spent A LOT of time on the beach and I don't think I got single picture of anything but our beach time. I do have lots of those though!

More sand throwing! He was a little timid about getting in the lake this first night, but he managed to get himself completely filthy in the sand. :)

The second day of our trip we went to Traverse City and did some shopping and eating. I didn't get any pictures of that though! The third day we headed to Ludington where we ate lunch and had some ice cream at House of Flavors, and then headed to Ludington State Park for some more beach fun!

After the state park we stopped at the city park before we left Ludington. Emmett ran around the beach and down the pier.

The final night of our vacation was spent on the beach in Lake City again. This time Emmett was not shy about running, splashing and playing in the lake!

We had a really great time on our summer vacation and Emmett is definitely a beach/water baby. Can't wait to do it again next year! :)
